POETIC JUSTICE

Despite what type of lyrical content is dominating the radio stations in society today, artists like Kendrick Lamar, Chance the Rapper, and Logic have created a basis for socially conscious artists to rise up.  But even then, these artists aren’t getting enough attention compared to those promoting concepts like materialism.  The point of Poetic Justice isn’t to prove that one lyrical style is better than the other, but to show that both styles should be able to generate the same amount of attention, and most importantly, Poetic Justice focuses on the importance of lyrical content when it comes to raising social awareness.
